A brief run down of your relevant history of employment and experience.

I started my career in 1985 at Zurich Insurance working as a Commercial Underwriter. In 1992 and moved to Thomas Howell (now Crawford’s) to become a Loss Adjuster where I spent 10 years before moving to Firth & Scott, taking the reins for business continuity from my father Derek, who retired from day to day trading.

Your hobbies, pastimes, interests, leisure activities etc.

Anything outdoors really, my regular pastimes are football both playing and watching (lifetime Derby County fan), surfing (not the net), mountain biking, hiking and camping.

If you could have lunch with anyone, who would you like to have lunch with?

Brian Clough. As a Derby County fan, it would be fantastic, if not a little scary experience to meet such a character.
